Rode the Cap Metro Red Line on a brewery tour through Austin today.

Sure, there were only three breweries included.

And the metro rail has just the one line.

But you won't hear me complaining.

One line is better than no lines at all.

Though it's growing rapidly, Austin is not a large city.

But it's my kind of city.

And I should know my kind of city by now. I've lived in seven metropolitan areas.

Speaking of where I've lived...

Since my parents live about 40 minutes away from downtown Austin, it's difficult to thoroughly enjoy a night out with my friends unless I crash at someone's place.

Which makes me feel like I'm 19 again.

Wait, what am I grumbling about?

At this point, we should treasure anything that makes us feel 19 again!
